This review is LONG overdue. First - Kyle Davis is the BEST realtor we've ever dealt with in over 20 years of buying and selling homes (I just wanted to get that out up front). We first met Kyle in 2016 when we transferred to the DC area and settled on Ashburn, VA. He was incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally patient with us as we ran through days upon days of looking at homes before settling on a great home in the Goose Creek Preserve area of Ashburn. He listened to our needs and worked hard to find us the right home. He worked side-by-side with us to ensure we got the absolute best deal on the home, leading to a nearly $15,000 reduction in price (and he even talked the seller into installing wood blinds throughout the home at no cost!!). He walked with us through the entire process up and until we actually moved in. Fast-forward to 2018, when we had to transfer out of the DC area. We again turned to Kyle Davis to help us sell our home. He immediately met with us and evaluated the condition of the home. He walked with us through the house and helped us clean up and stage the home to ensure the home looked top-notch. He then had an amazing photographer come and document the house and subsequently produced an amazing brochure as well as a great online presence. To Kyle's credit, our home eventually sold in FOUR DAYS!! He ensured our home looked the best and helped us set the right price, which attracted the right buyers. He negotiated for us and we closed without any issues at all. We feel that Kyle consistently went above and beyond for us (both helping us buy and then sell our home). He provided an outstanding service to us and always maintained an excellent attitude. You cannot go wrong with Kyle Davis!!

If you're looking to buy and/or sell Kyle Davis is the one to get the job done. I recently sold my home and purchased a new home, and Kyle managed both transactions. For what can be one of the most stressful times in your life, Kyle made it a smooth, and dare I say enjoyable process.
