Kyle has been an excellent, knowledgeable, and very patient realtor for us. Over many years (5 or 6) we had been looking for a home with a layout that would work for us. We had a lot of checkboxes to fill and we found many homes with most checkboxes filled but we held out and finally found a home with everything we wanted and got it for the best price. As we prepared to sell our existing house, Kyle helped us with excellent recommendations for contractors that we pushed very hard to get the work complete as the Covid-19 crisis was growing. When the preparations were complete, Kyle managed his end perfectly while ensuring the comps were current to make sure the house was priced to sell and appraise. All the concerns and worry left as we were under contract within 2 days and the house appraised just as he thought it would.  Thank you for going above and beyond what any other realtor would do!
